The President of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly (GA), Dennis Francis, has called on Azerbaijan and Armenia to respect international humanitarian law in the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh.
"I call on all parties to respect their obligations under international humanitarian law," he said at a news conference.
"This situation is a cause for concern," he added.
