Persecuted by Islam and communists for centuries for their faith, the Armenian people have once again become the target of brutal ethnic cleansing. Thousands of Armenians leave their country, are expelled from their homes, are considered foreigners in their homeland. Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, the Vatican’s former Apostolic Nuncio to the United States, wrote about this on X—former Twitter.
Where is the international community that is always ready to welcome military draft-age Islamic migrants fleeing war zones or funding a proxy war in Ukraine under the guise of a Russian invasion? Where is the passionate Bergoglio—i.e. Jorge Mario Bergoglio, the birth name of Pope Francis—who believes that ethnic cleansing is not happening? Archbishop Vigano asked.
Also, he called on the organizations of all countries to act immediately by providing aid and protection to Armenians, opening a humanitarian corridor for their reception and, above all, taking immediate diplomatic steps so that the exiled return to their homes as soon as possible.
