Azerbaijan has issues with Armenia, and Armenia—with Azerbaijan, which should be resolved in the international court. Azerbaijani foreign minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated this at a press conference on the results of the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan in 2023, reports APA.

"It is true that if the two countries are talking about a peace treaty, then the blow dealt to the world from the simultaneous conduct of wars in the legal, media, and diplomatic domains is a logical problem," concluded the Azerbaijani FM.
