A business card of incumbent Russian President Vladimir Putin from the 1990s during his tenure at the City Council of People's Deputies of Leningrad—now Saint Petersburg, as well as a document signed by him as the head of the foreign relations committee of the Saint Petersburg city hall, will be sold at an online auction.
The two lots are posted on the platform of the auction website.
The initial price of the first lot is 44,000 rubles (approx. $483).
The website also has a certificate of registration and inclusion in the state register, which was signed by Putin as Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Relations of Saint Petersburg Municipality. It is dated July 14, 1992. In total, the lot contains 22 sheets of documents: a certificate, a decision, a protocol, a charter, and a certificate certified by a notary public. The initial bid of this lot is 75,000 rubles (approx. $823).
