Moscow expects that the difficult moments of the relations between the Russian and Armenia will find their solution within the framework of the dialogue. Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian president, told reporters about this—and responding to the question of TASS.

"We hope that the [two] leaders will have the opportunity to discuss all that at a high level. In addition, there are dialogues at the working level. And, of course, we assume that all difficult moments in our bilateral relations, such as have arisen recently, will be resolved within the framework of such a dialogue," the Kremlin spox said.
