YEREVAN. – A bear found in one of the streets of Yerevan on Monday evening has been transported to the zoo, Emergency Situations Ministry told Armenian News-NEWS.am.  According to the ministry, the bear did not harm anyone and was safely returned to the zoo.

On Monday evening the rescuers received an alert saying a bear was noticed on Halabyan street.

The representatives of the Yerevan Zoo refused to answer any questions and asked for a written inquiry.

According to the agency's sources, bear is one of the animals living in the zoo.
