STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) National Assembly (NA) on Thursday convened a plenary session, which was chaired by NA Speaker Ashot Ghulyan.
Following the discussion of law initiatives, several annual reports and accounts were presented, NKR NA Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Afterward, the Government-NA Question and Answer session was conducted.
