About 10 night clubs might be closed in Moscow after the Perm explosion due to the breach of fire regulations.

Inspections are carried out throughout the country around the clock, “Vesti” informs referring to the Moscow central administrative district prefect Aleksei Aleksandrov.

According to him, the court might shut down the nightspots for up to 90 days. “We have to ask ourselves: the club is closed within 90 days, what will happen afterwards? It reopens without permission of the regional, district and city administrations”. Despite the fact that clubs are usually intended for over several hundred people, it is likely to enter the entertainment place through a narrow spiral stairs. Most nightclubs do not meet the basic evacuation security rules for emergency cases, Aleksandrov outlined.

This morning, regional courts issued an administrative order on “termination of activities” by three Moscow clubs and restaurants for 30 and 90 days: “Up & Down”, “DialiT” and “Martinika”, Echo of Moscow reports.

Mass inspections of nightclubs started immediately after the Perm fire on Dec. 5. Death doll reached 139 and over hundred people are hospitalized with severe wounds.
