Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan actually admitted that Karabakh conflict between Nagorno-Karabakh on one hand and Azerbaijan on the other aggravates.

“As an act of goodwill, we extended a hand of peace to them (Armenia-NEWS.am), regardless it will be accepted or not. Inter alia, there is a frozen conflict between Karabakh and Azerbaijan, that needs early settlement. And after that a new epoch will be marked,” Erdogan stated in his interview with Russia Today TV channel, commenting on the development of Armenia-Turkey political dialogue.
