December 22-23, 2009 incredibly high December temperature of 15oC will be registered in Yerevan, and as high as 20oC — in Syunik Valley, Head of Armhydromet meteorological department Gagik Surenyan informed NEWS.am.
According to him, the increase in temperature is conditioned by warm cyclones from south-west. No precipitations are expected till the end of the week.
