YEREVAN. – Armenian National Assembly (NA) Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan’s close associates inform that Abrahamyan is very concerned not solely by the prospect of presidential representative Victor Dallakyan’s delivering a special address soon and making law proposals, but also by the likely fact of his—that is, Dallakyan’s—being appointed Deputy Chief of Presidential Staff, and therefore he— namely, Abrahamyan—is attempting at the highest levels to receive the answer to the question as to whether or not President Serzh Sargsyan will resort to this step, Hraparak daily reports.

“Well-informed people claim that this order will be made in the next several days,” the daily writes.
