YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia convened a session in the Ministry of Defense with the participation of the Chief of Staff, central apparatus of the Ministry, as well as military sub-units and commanders.

The session was dedicated to the procurements in the field of defense. There were discovered some defaults, among which the first is the fact that the same persons constantly become winners according to the competition documents on various tenders. The second is the tender and market price ratio, and the third is the relation between some tender-suppliers and some people - favoritism.
