Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on removal of Mehmet Novruzoglu Aliyev from the position of Azerbaijani Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Kingdom of Spain, Principality of Andorra and Permanent Representative to World Tourism Organization.
Under another decree, Elkhan Huseynov was voted out from the office of Azerbaijani Ambassador to Turkmenistan.
