YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan paid a visit to Armenia’s City of Dilijan on Saturday. 

Sargsyan inspected the ongoing reconstruction activities at the 12.8-km section of the interstate motorway that runs through Dilijan, the President’s Press Office informs.  

The reconstruction had begun on July 28. The President was informed that asphalting is finished completely and the road is at the final phase of its completion.  

The Transport and Communication Ministry representatives assure that the highway’s aforesaid section will be put into service on November 10, that is, more than one month ahead of schedule.
