YEREVAN. – Consistent application of the budget planning is the advantage of the bill on Armenia’s 2013 State Budget, Alternative Research Center Director, economist Tatul Manaseryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am commenting on the aforesaid draft law, which PM Tigran Sargsyan introduced at the National Assembly on Tuesday.   

“A similar approach was used in the previous years as well, but, now, it has become systemic for the entire budget. It enables to keep track of the revenues and the expenditures and to develop conceptual plans more easily,” the analyst said.

Also, planned budgeting will help to better track the implementation of long-term objectives and this, in its turn, will enable an effective management of the budgetary revenues and expenditures.
