YEREVAN. – There are rumors that a large-scale construction work will soon get underway at Armenian capital city Yerevan’s Northern Avenue, Hraparak daily reports.  

“They say the [area’s] lower-floor [underground] parking lot will continue to serve as a parking lot for those drivers who will not be lazy and park their cars there, whereas the [parking lot’s] upper floor will be turned into shops.   

[And only] Time will tell whether or not Armenians will love ‘underground’ shopping,” Hraparak writes.
