YEREVAN. – Armenia’s several political forces already have announced that they will convene congresses in the run-up to February’s presidential elections, Haykakan Zhamanak daily reports.

“When will the [opposition bloc] Armenian National Congress hold such event to present to the public the format of its running for the forthcoming elections? To this question, Congress’ spokesperson Arman Musinyan responded: ‘At the moment, there is no decision yet as to hold such event. The processes are developing very quickly and we will inform about our decision accordingly.’

At the same time, as per Musinyan, the Congress might make the statement on the format of its running either during a convention, or a public rally,” Haykakan Zhamanak writes.
