YEREVAN.- А number of personnel changes have been recently made in the South Caucasus Railway (SCR) CJSC.
Under the decree of SCR head Victor Rebets, Vladimir Legkiy was appointed the deputy head of Road Transport Service Centre.
Several days earlier Yevgeniy Ladosha was appointed the head of the directorate on technical support.
The appointments are made due to process optimization and the need to intensify work.
