Armenian community in Nagorno-Karabakh will be undoubtedly involved in the negotiation process at a certain stage, Azerbaijani MFA Press Secretary Elkhan Polukhov informed Vesti.az. However, this issue is not on the agenda yet.
The necessity of Nagorno-Karabakh participation in further talks was mentioned in preamble to Madrid Principles elaborated by Russian, Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Sochi, NEWS.am reports referring to informed sources.
