STEPANAKERT.- President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received on Wednesday received Sergei Konoplyov, Director of the Harvard Black Sea Regional Security Program.

The sides discussed issues related to the Karabakh peace process and regional problems.

Special attention was paid to developing relations between the Harvard University and Artsakh’s scientific, educational and analytical circles. Bako Sahakyan noted there are all the necessary conditions for the cooperation, adding that it would be beneficial.
