YEREVAN. – The US national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 406.53/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Friday; this is a 0.40-percent—or a 1.63-point—rise from the previous trading session on Thursday. To note, this is a very considerable fluctuation for Armenia’s financial market.   

Friday’s sales totaled $1.85 million at the stock exchange. It is noteworthy that the dollar was already offered at AMD 407/$1 at the end of the trading session. 

The American currency’s selling exchange rate again climbed all the way to AMD 407/$1, in Armenia’s cash foreign currency market, and it is primarily bought at AMD 404 /$1, seldom at AMD 405/$1.
