YEREVAN. – The opposition bloc Armenian National Congress (ANC) will hold its annual march, on December 10, and it will commence at capital city Yerevan’s Liberty Square. The event will be devoted to Human Rights Day, Armenian National Movement Party Board Chairman and ANC National Assembly Faction Secretary Aram Manukyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.  

In his words, this is a traditional march which will be held for the fourth year.    

To the query as to whether or not ANC leader and First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan will take part in the march, Manukyan responded that he cannot say.
