YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s highways are passable, for the most part, as of Friday at 10am, and solely the Selim Mountain Pass is difficult to drive, the Ministry of Emergency Situations informs.

There is fog in Aparan, Noyemberyan, and Kapan cities.

Also, there is black ice on some road sections. Snow removal and road cleaning are in progress.

And according to the information received from Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department, the Stepantsminda-Larsi Highway—which leads to the Armenian border—is open solely for passenger vehicles with chained wheels, and for buses that seat up to thirty passengers.
