YEREVAN.- The most important point is that Levon Ter-Petrosyan refused to participate in the presidential race, head of the Public Council Vazgen Manukyan told reporters.
“I think the most important is that he refused to participate in the campaign. The reasons are not that important,” Manukyan said.
Unlike previous elections, this time there is no worthy candidate to become an alternative to Serzh Sargsyan.
