YEREVAN. – In all likelihood, Nairit Rubber Factory of Armenia will have a new investor in 2013, Energy and Natural Resources Minister Armen Movsisyan told Zhamanak daily.

“According to him, five companies have offered bids to carry out an investment program at Nairit. But the minister did not wish to say which companies.

To note, in an interview with Zhamanak weeks ago, Movsisyan had confirmed that the Russian Itera oil and [natural] gas company likewise offered a bid for Nairit factory. Also, he informed that the programs of the companies that offered bids for investments in Nairit will be reviewed in January 2013, after which they will be presented to the public,” Zhamanak writes.
