YEREVAN. – The American national currency continues to gain value at the financial market of Armenia.  

The dollar’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 409/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Thursday; this is a 0.29-percent—or an AMD 1.2—rise from the previous trading session on Wednesday. 

Thursday’s sales totaled close to $2.4 million at the stock exchange.

The buying exchange rate of the dollar rose all the way to AMD 408/$1—as compared with Wednesday’s AMD 407/$1—at the cash foreign currency market of Armenia, and its selling exchange rate starts at AMD 409/$1—but it is primarily sold at AMD 410/$1.
