YEREVAN.- The OSCE/ODIHR observers hope the upcoming presidential election will be the best vote ever held in Armenia.

Talking at a press conference on Friday, head of mission Heidi Tagliavini said it is wrong to compare presidential election with the parliamentary ones. Nevertheless, she is hopeful that the upcoming elections will be the best ones in Armenia’s history.

Asked about implementation of recommendations made by European observers, Tagliavini said she knows about creation of a working group. She expressed readiness to continue cooperation after the presidential vote.

Armenia will hold presidential elections on February 18, 2013.
