YEREVAN. – National Accord party Chairman and presidential nominee Aram Harutyunyan will run in the forthcoming elections under the slogan: “I am one of you.” Harutyunyan himself informed this during a press conference on Saturday.      

Also, he said he underscores that both the authorities and the opposition be protected in the country, regardless of who the president is.

In his words, despite second President Robert Kocharyan’s several mistakes, the country’s economy was in a much better condition and the country achieved some success in foreign policy.       

In addition, Aram Harutyunyan alluded to the perils that put him in jeopardy.   

“If something happens to me, be informed that I have no heart problem. I have a document [proving] that I have no heart problem,” he added.
