YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s interstate highways and inter-village roads are open, for the most part, as of Tuesday at 12pm, the Ministry of Emergency Situations informs.

But the Berd-Chambarak motorway and several village roads are closed.

Selim Mountain Pass is difficult to drive.

Snow removal and road cleaning are in progress.

And according to the information received from Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department, the Stepantsminda-Larsi Highway—which leads to the Armenian border—is open solely for buses with chained wheels and which seat up to thirty passengers, and there is black ice on some road sections.
