YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd was able to obtain veterinary examination findings, which confirm that the horse belonging to Armenian capital city Yerevan’s state circus had died last December of anthrax, the daily reports.  

“That is to say, anthrax has reached the capital city from Vardenis district [of the country]. We learned that the horses of the circus are kept at a racecourse. Zhoghovurd attempted to find out from the racecourse as to the cause of the horse’s death.   

In an interview with the newspaper, an employee of the complex persistently claimed that the [veterinary] examination results have not yet come in. In addition, [he noted] that the horse had had a kidney problem. 

To add, this racecourse belongs to X Group [company’s] proprietor Khachik Khachatryan ([aka] Khachik of the eggs),” Zhoghovurd writes.
