YEREVAN. – In the lead-up to the presidential election to be held on February 18, the Police of Armenia opened a hotline for the presidential candidates and their authorized representatives.

“In order to maintain public order and ensure public safety during the presidential election campaign [season], we call upon members of the [election] headquarters of the presidential candidates and their authorized representatives to inform the Police hotline, in advance, about the day, hour and location of the meetings to be organized with the voters, and of other events, during the pre-election phase,” the Police Media Department press release states in particular.
