YEREVAN.- Presidential candidate Andreas Ghukasyan has no intention to stop the hunger strike.

Ghukasyan answered the questions during an online Facebook press conference organized by RFE/RL Armenian service. Armenia has witnessed fake elections so far, he emphasized.

“The task is not to ignore the vote but to stop holding fake election,” he said.

As reported earlier, on January 21 Armenian presidential contender Andreas Ghukasyan declared a hunger strike for an indefinite time. He was also joined by chairman of Tseghakron nationalist party Shant Harutyunyan, and another presidential contender Paruyr Hayrikyan who declared a three-day “dry” hunger strike.
