STEPANAKERT. – Speaker of the Nagorno-Karabakh parliament Ashot Ghulyan on Thursday received Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian who is on a visit to Stepanakert.

The officials discussed e number of issues related to the current stage of the Karabakh talks. They underscored importance of inter-parliamentary cooperation.

Giving appraisal of contacts between the Armenian diplomatic missions and Karbakh’s permanent representations abroad, Speaker Ghulyan and Minister Nalbandian exchanged views on making cooperation more effective.

Foreign Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Karen Mirzoyan and deputy head of a standing committee on foreign affairs Sergey Ghazartan were present at the meeting.
