Russia stands ready to continue to organize talks between the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, to bring their positions closer.
The Russian Federation (RF) Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Vladimir Dorokhin, announced the abovementioned. He recalled that Russia acted as a broker several times and set up a number of meetings between the civil society representatives and the intellectuals from Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Dorokhin also noted that some of these talks were held in Moscow, and added that Mikhail Shvidkoy, the RF President’s special representative for international and humanitarian affairs, is engaged in the setting up of these meetings, Vestnik Kavkaza reports.
