Another person, who was injured as a result Tuesday’s traffic accident on Armenia’s Tashir-Yerevan Highway, died Wednesday at capital city Yerevan’s Surb Grigor Lusavorich (Saint Gregory the Illuminator) Medical Center (PHOTOS).
Opel Astra’s driver, Norik Davoyan, 54, has lost his life, the Armenian News-NEWS.am Lori regional reporter informs.
According to the recent statement which the Ministry of Emergency Situations has issued, most of the injured are transferred to Yerevan.
Nargiz Hovsepyan, who is pregnant and—according to the doctors—is in critical condition—, was brought to Surb Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center on Wednesday morning.
To note, a major accident occurred Tuesday in Lori Region. An Opel Astra and an Opel Vectra crashed on Tashir-Yerevan Highway at around 6:15pm.
One of the injured died en route to hospital while a 7-year-old child died in hospital. Five others were initially taken to the Tashir city medical center, and, subsequently, to the medical facilities in Vanadzor city and in Yerevan.
