President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko believes there is no “normal life” in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Russia and Azerbaijan must solve the issues. The political will of both presidents is needed, while the Minsk Group can act as a guarantor, Izvestiya v Ukraine quotes Belarus President.
“There is no normal life in Nagorno-Karabakh. I understand that the problem must be solved. I talked to one president and the other, explaining that the situation cannot continue for a long time. Armenians agreed with me. I talked to Ilham Aliyev, he was not against. Though, I hate the role of a mediator. I offered Ukraine to assume the role but they did not agree,” he said.
