Fragility of existing truce between Armenia and Azerbaijan remains a serious concern, OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Personal Representative Andrzej Kasprzyk said in an interview with Trend agency.

The cases of ceasefire violation are posing a threat to negotiations on finding settlement of Karabakh conflict.

“Despite numerous reports of ceasefire violations this year and at least one report of an attempted incursion on the LOC, the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and the LOC remains relatively stable,” he said.

He said there is decline in number of those reported killed or wounded during violations of ceasefire.
