Argentina supports peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, The first Argentine Ambassador to Azerbaijan Carlos Dante Riva told APA agency.

The Ambassador confirmed that there is a strong Armenian Diaspora in his country.

“Argentina has an important Armenian community living there since ancient times,” he said, adding that the Armenian community does not have any effect on the relationship with Azerbaijan.

As to Karabakh conflict, the Ambassador said it not involving Armenia and Azerbaijan, “ut it could cause effect to other countries.”

“There is no other way for this conflict to be solved than peacefully in the framework of OSCE. We strongly support the resolution of the conflict in peace,” he added. .
