YEREVAN. – ARF Dashnaktustyun member Hrayr Karapetyan will be appointed Armenia’s Consul General to Saint Petersburg, a diplomatic source told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The agency failed to clarify the reports from Karapetyan himself. He is not answering the phone calls. Earlier his son said he was not aware of the reports.
