March 25, RA Government made a decision on shifting conduction of a pilot population census scheduled for this April to October 21-30, 2010.
The decision is conditioned by impossibility by international donor organizations to complete the necessary procedures by April 14, RA Government Information and PR department informed NEWS.am.
