A Tunceli court returned a verdict on a “leaflet” case.
To express their protest against the hostilities in Kurdistan, northern Iraq, in 2008, two persons, Kazım Tosun and Ufuk Kalanc, distributed leaflets with the slogan “Murderer Erdogan,” Firat News reports.
The court found the two not guilty of distributing leaflets with offensive remarks. According to the verdict, the slogan “Murderer Erdogan” cannot be considered a crime.
