Turkish armed forces are sending ammunition and military contingent to South-Eastern Anatolia to conduct operations against illegal Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), Hurriyet Daily News reports.
The weapons and equipment were already sent to the region in 60 trucks through a D-100 highway. Servicemen trained in the second Commando Brigade of Bolu will be sent to Anatolia in 15 days.
