Russia’s Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev said that Georgia might be involved in the Moscow blasts, Interfax reports. Patrushev also added that certain progress in the investigation was achieved.

According to him, there was information that Georgian special services representatives were in contact with terrorist organizations in the North Caucasus. Security Council Secretary noted that they would check if this infromation is related to Moscow attack.

March 29, two powerful blasts rocked Lubyanka and Park Kultury subway stations of Moscow. The death toll reached 39, another 72 were injured in two attacks carried out by female suicide bombers.
