Two blasts rocked the city of Kizlyar in Russia’s republic of Dagestan on Wednesday.
The explosions occurred near the buildings of the Internal Ministry, Federal Security Service and a school, RIA Novosti reports referring to law enforcement source.
According to preliminary data, at least nine people, including seven policemen were killed. Police, emergency services, firemen and doctors arrived at the site.
