YEREVAN. – Armenia’s opposition Pre-Parliament initiative member, filmmaker Tigran Khzmalyan received a summons from the Police.

According to the writ, he has to appear before the Administrative Court on November 19, and in connection with his actions against the construction of a building at a residential area in capital city Yerevan.

Khzmalyan himself told the above-said to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

He noted that, in all likelihood, charges will be laid against him.

“Apparently, this was a charge against defying the requirements by the police. This is a new Armenian logic, which will enter history under the name: ‘New Armenian justice.’

“The unlawfulness is recognized as unlawfulness, but they put people to trial for calling the unlawfulness unlawfulness,” Tigran Khzmalyan added.
