YEREVAN. – The special meeting of the Armenian parliament on postponing introduction of accumulated pension system has been ruined.

Speaker of the parliament Hovik Abrahamyan said the parliamentary faction of ruling Republican Party of Armenia believes its participation is inexpedient, the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reports.

However, if more than a half of MPs gather by 3pm, the meeting will take place.

The special session was conveyed on the initiative of ARF Dashnaktsutyun, Prosperous Armenia and Heritage to discuss the mandatory accumulated pension system.
