Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius believes Ukraine will sign Association Agreement with EU during the Vilnius summit.

However, the decision will not be made during the Monday meeting of foreign ministers in Brussels.

“They [Ukraine] have to show progress, tangible results. Today I believe we will exchange views but I do not think we will come to some conclusion, to some decisions today. But it is not excluded in the future,” he told reporters ahead of the Foreign Affairs Council.

He noted that not much time is left, but there is still time.
