YEREVAN. – Any negotiation process is better than even rare shooting, secretary of opposition Heritage parliamentary faction Tevan Poghosyan said commenting on the meeting of Armenia-Azerbaijan presidents.

The only thing is that presidents who had not met for two years met at last.

“I think different issues were discussed during the meeting, and the results will be clear in the coming days. Possible movement in Karabakh talks will appear only when Nagorno-Karabakh is invited to join the negotiations,” Poghosyan added.
