Ukraine’s parliament on Thursday rejected a bill that would allow prisoners, including opposition leader Yulia Tymoshenko, get medical treatment abroad.
All six draft bills were voted down by MPs, Interfax Ukraine reported.
The adoption of draft bill was a condition set by the EU for signing the Association Agreement with Ukraine during the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius.
