YEREVAN. – The Social-Democratic Hnchakyan Party (SDHP) welcomes with cautious optimism the Armenian authorities’ decision to join the Customs Union.
Newly-elect SDHP Chairman Narek Galstyan stated the above-said at a press conference on Friday.
At the same time, however, Galstyan expressed the hope that the cooperation with Europe will not come to an end.
“We hope that our foreign policy would show flexibility whereby we will manage to achieve successes in these two vectors,” he added.
Narek Galstyan also reiterated Economy Minister Vahram Avanesyan’s view that the loss of any market can cause problems for Armenia.
